  • When are the sessions?
    You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week! Godstone: We have sessions available at 8.30am, 9.30am, 10:30 am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 8:30am, 9:30am and 10:30am. Dorking: We have sessions available at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am.
  • Do I need to be fit already?
    No! Everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter and stronger over the 6 weeks.
  • Will I get results?
    If you follow our advice and stick to the program we absolutely guarantee that you'll get impressive results but if, for whatever reason, you do that and don't make progress we'll give you all of your money back.
  • What happens after the 6 weeks?
    It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
  • When does the 6 week challenge begin?
    Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.
  • Is there parking
    Yes, both gyms have free onsite parking
  • DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?
    Nope. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get leaner, fitter and stronger over the course of the 6 weeks.
  • WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
  • DO I HAVE TO DO AN INTRO SESSION?
    Yes. Every new member has to complete an intro session so we can assign you to a coach and show you how everything works.
  • WHEN DOES IT START?
    This challenge starts at the beginning of each month in 2024 – once you've completed payment, then attended an intro session and you can get started with the program.
  • WHEN ARE THE INTRO SESSIONS?
    We have intro session spaces available every 1st Friday and Saturday of the month but they fill up fast so don’t hang around if you want to get started early in 2024.
  • AM I TIED INTO A CONTRACT?
    No – the payment for the challenge is a one-off.
  • HOW MUCH IS IT?
    The challenge is £199 – this includes 12 group training sessions, a personal accountability coach, a proven fat loss program, nutrition support, weekly check ins, supportive community, access to our private gym and guaranteed results.
  • WHERE IS YOUR GYM?
    Our Godstone gym is located just on Tilbustow Hill Road, just two doors from the Fox & Hounds Pub. Our Dorking gym is located in Dorking Office Park, which is next door to Dorking West Station.
  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROGRAM?
    It’s completely your choice. You can become a full member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
