The weather has been especially cold here in Surrey this week, and we even got a sprinkling of snow (see pic!). Have you got much snow where you live?
Cold, snowy weather like this always gets me in the mood for something warm so I
thought I’d share a couple of recipes from my winter-warming batch cookbook. Each recipe feels super filling & satisfying but is equally nourishing for your body - the perfect combo!
Everyone at TNA knows I am a huge advocate of batch cooking because it means you can keep your freezer stocked to avoid the panic of “I haven’t done the weekly shop yet and we have nothing for lunch/dinner!”. It also means less cooking and more eating which is a win in my opinion.
So go ahead & try one of these for tea tonight (and for lunch tomorrow!) and remember to tag @thenourishmentacademy when you show off your cooking skills on social media.
